Customer service provided by Clare at the Edinburgh Straiton store was brilliant. She was extremely attentive and friendly during the visit to the store. The machine to decipher mattress compatibility was extremely accurate and shaved a good amount of time off of the decision making process. Would highly recommend Dreams to friends and family based off of this experience.
