Very pleasant and helpful young lady called Abbie. No rush in her product details and advice. She had a good awareness of the items we were interested in.

James was super helpful. He understood our need and range. Helped us choose the mattress and then the pillows. He even helped us sort the duvet, mattress cover and mattress foam. What i loved best about James was he gave us the deals that wasnt even on display (maybe the reason why we needed buying so many things while we were originally in to only buy a mattress)

We were greeted almost immediately on arrival and the sales person, was courteous and highly knowledgeable on Dreams products! She encouraged us to try out the products and whilst completing our order offered us a lovely coffee! We will definitely be back to this store! Fabulous service!

The shop staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They were gentle and compassionate with my 92 year old mother and even offered drinks. I was impressed with the choices available and the computerised bed that took measurements.

James took the time to understand what our needs were and was able to meet them and give us a great deal. He was friendly and approached us at the door. He also respected our time to discuss between us in private.

The sales person Paula was very friendly and welcoming. She was very helpful and made me feel at ease when choosing the mattress that was right for me. She understood my back troubles and was confident in guiding me to a suitable mattress that would suit my needs. Excellent service and my dad is looking for a mattress so we will be back but only if the lovely Paula will assist us!! I can’t wait for my mattress to arrive!

Can't fault any of the experience.....service available and knowledge excellent without being pushy. Sebastian guided us through each part of the order. Always listened and responded to any comments we made throughout.

Abbie was fantastic and took the time to understand what I needed and worked within my budget. She gave me the right amount of help without being pushy and knew when to leave me to think things over.
