I had purchased 2 mattresses online which were completely wrong for me. Dreams staff talked me through process of finding the right mattress to suit my body and the way I sleep. I tried at least 9 mattresses and the staff explained the difference between each. In the end I chose 1 that was more than I wanted to pay but the comfort I felt led me to believe it was the 1 I needed to give me the comfort of a night's sleep I needed.

My partner & I dropped in just to have a look & were greeted by clare in a helpful but not pushy manner. She explained things very well & I returned a few days later to place an order for 2 beds & a bed settee. Clare knew the products well & was friendly and helpful throughout.
