Hygiene was excellent. we liked the testing Bed to help guide our choice. Bed options were very good. Staff member, Paula, was friendly and very knowledgeable and took time to show us the options.

Very helpful and pleasant member of staff who put us through the mattress assessment machine which was good and reduced our confusion on choice and we were supported through the process by the member of staff

Paula seen to us very quickly and put us on the sleepmatch bed. From there she directed us to the various recommended mattresses and gave us plenty of time to try each one out. Her product knowledge was excellent and made clear the differences between types. We were also shown some of the different bed frames. I never felt under pressure to make a purchase and we actually came back the following day and bought a Therapur mattress having taken some time to consider our options. We were also taken clearly through the terms of purchase and delivery options. Highly recommended!
