The assistant (Paula)was very helpful and knowledgeable and the special bed to check all my pressure points etc was an interesting experience. When I bought my last mattress (11 years ago) from another dealer I was in and out within 20 minutes as the technology for assessing pressure points etc was probable science fiction back in these days! Unlike my current mattress this one will probably out last me so it will be well worth the price!

I was greeted by Paula as soon as I entered the store and she was polite, friendly and professional. When I need my next bed/mattress I hope Paula is still working for Dreams as she was so helpful.

Paula seen to us very quickly and put us on the sleepmatch bed. From there she directed us to the various recommended mattresses and gave us plenty of time to try each one out. Her product knowledge was excellent and made clear the differences between types. We were also shown some of the different bed frames. I never felt under pressure to make a purchase and we actually came back the following day and bought a Therapur mattress having taken some time to consider our options. We were also taken clearly through the terms of purchase and delivery options. Highly recommended!
