During my visit to dreams (5/11/2020) i was immediately greeted by Sebastian at the Edinburgh Straiton store. From the get go, it was clear that Sebastian knows his stuff! He answered every question with expertise and was able to really help me out! I got to use the mattress machine and felt safe doing so. I also felt safe testing over mattresses using the protective material provided. By testing these and Sebastian's expert knowledge we were able to find the perfect mattress for me! I am so happy with my experience! I even got a bottle of water at the end! Thank you so much!

Sebastian was friendly and helpful. He was knowledgeable about the products and spent the right amount of time making sure I was satisfied with my purchase.
