I do not like taking a long time to shop. I actually don’t like too many choices. When I gave my criteria, the assistant pointed out my options in a clear way and I didn’t ever feel under any pressure at any time in the shop.

I dealt with Sebastian in Edinburgh, Straiton Store. He was so helpful and knowledgeable about mattresses and really helped me get the right one, very patient. He was great at listening and got me what I wanted.
