We came out just to look and try out , was going to order on line but the help , advice and overall pleasant atmosphere we placed our order there and then . Our shopping experience was amazing even if my husband couldn't get tea and biscuits !! Well done not often you can say that .

When we entered the store we sanitised our hands. Steph came forward to serve us. We decided to come to Dreams as our daughter & her husband had ordered from you. I was with my daughter and was very happy at the service she received. Steph advised us about a number of beds available then left us to have a look ourselves and to ask any questions we may have. Customer service excellent. We decided which bed we wanted and proceeded to order it. It will be delivered on Friday 4th December which is very quick. Pleased to do business with your company.
