Very helpful and guided us to our needs

We were looking for a bed for a spare bedroom that wouldn't be used a lot so had a limited budget. The assistant named Jav took the time to ask us what exactly we were looking for and showed us a few options to choose from.

Service was good but not 8n your face, was left to browse but new help on hand when required.

We were attended to quickly, given the information we needed and given the time to make our purchase

My husband and I were very impressed with the service we were giving at dreams.Steph could not have treated us any better than she did.She has exceptional knowledge of the beds.Very polite and attentive.Will definitely recommend going there for a bed

We were able to try lots of different mattress options and given time to consider the different types. The salesperson Clare was helpful without being overbearing. She even offered us a coffee whilst we waited for the sleep match machine to be free which helped narrow down suggested mattresses.

EVERYTHING WE WANTED WAS THERE TO VIEW & THE STAFF WERE FRIENDLY & VERY HELPFUL.

Jen the sales assistant at the Loanhead store in Midlothian was very helpful and offered us many options and provided excellent knowledge. Once we went to purchase our mattress she was very helpful in terms of giving dates and expectations.

From the minute we entered the store the service was excellent. Extremely knowledgeable sales assistant, we used the sleep match system which was a great experience and really helped give us direction with mattress choice. Sales assistant was very patient, looked after us very well and could answer all our questions.
