My husband and I were very impressed by the knowledge, guidance and humour of the assistant. He made the options very clear and made sure we were aware of all necessary information re our purchase. We left the store very happy with the service we received.

From the moment we entered store we were greeted with friendly staff. The explanation of the beds, and trying out as many beds was a great help. Also being offered refreshments while we waited. Overall a pleasant experience.

All staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable.

Jennifer was very friendly and it was an easy purchase. I like the use of technology in choosing a bed. It reinforced what we thought we were looking for

We ordered 2 double beds with mattresses and king size mattress so was quite a lot of requirements to be met. David ( not store manager) at the store near Leith in Edinburgh was professional, helpful and friendly in assisting us to make our purchases.

We were helping by a colleague called Clare from the moment we came into store. She was very friendly and took the time to conduct a sleep match test, she then showed us several options to suit our needs. We were indecisive however Clare was really helpful in letting us try things and comparing products, she also had fantastic product knowledge and we are very pleased with the choice we made for our purchase.

This is the second purchase in recent months. We were very happy with the service and the quality of the previous bed and decided we would buy from Dreams again. Jen was so friendly and as we were buying a bed for my son who is 9 she spoke to him through out. She was really good. We were looking for his first double bed. She didn’t know the answer to one of our questions, she asked a colleague. I like this as it’s honest I prefer honesty to someone making up stuff. She has only been with the company a relatively short time so is still getting used to face to face sales due to covid. I really did think she was great.

The lady that dealt with me was very kind, patient and new her stuff/product. I would definitely come back to her in the future for more products. Her name was Clare.
