We found the perfect mattress! Also, the customer service with Jen was brilliant. In other stores in the area, we felt like we were being followed around the stores and being told which beds to try when we just wanted to browse ourselves. In Dreams, we were offered the experience to see which mattress suits us best and we took it. The first mattress we tried was the one we went for! Jen was very informative and very friendly. She did not bombard us or force any offers on us, but simply advised us on the deals available (which of course we had no choice but to accept). Overall, it was a fantastic experience. Very pleased.

Clare at the Stratton store was fantastic. She was very knowledgable, helped me make the right decision for me and didn’t try and push me towards items that were out of my price range. As a result instead of having a look I made a purchase as she helped me find the perfect product.

Sebastian was really friendly and helpful he seamed to know what he was talking about. He didn’t try too hard and he left us take our time. It was pretty quick and efficient with the final sale too

The sales person Jav was great. My husband is disabled and Jav was patient and helpful in finding the right product for our needs.
