Excellent, attentive and knowledgeable staff. We knew what we were looking for (website research) and were pointed straight to it; ordering process was simple and well - managed.

Was meet by Jenifer at the striation branch in Edinburgh. What a lovely friendly greeting I got when I stepped in the door from her. We talked a few minutes before taken me through the steps to find me the right bed for me. Jen made the experience stress free and had a laugh picking out the right bed. She looked after me and my daughter who is due her baby in weeks making sure she was okay and getting us water while I tried out the beds. Her product knowledge was helpful and with this and her helpful manner made it easy to shop and come away with a great bed and great price. Thank you Jen for looking after us. Amazing service!

Very pleasant visit. Offered coffee etc, bottled water available. Helpful and knowledgeable assistant, nothing too much trouble. Spacious and very clean. Given time and space to wander around. No pressure.

From the moment we arrived in store Jen was friendly and attentive. She understood our needs and gave us all the helpful information we needed to make the right decision. The beds on offer were exactly what we were looking for. I had struggled in other stores to find something we like but at Dreams we had lots to choose from.

Friendly staff on arrival. Explained types of mattresses. Allowed is to try them out and provided lots of time to do this.
