Dreams - Edinburgh - Straiton

As soon as we entered Dreams we were greeted by Paula who introduced herself and gave us information on items in the store. She showed us beds that suited our needs and gave us the opportunity to have a look round the store and was there to answer any questions. She also offered us beverages and we were her main focus throughout. Paula’s customer service was faultless and she made our overall experience a good one. Thank you again Paula.

Clare was very knowledgeable, friendly and was 100 percent professional throughout.

Young lad called Jav served me and from start to finish his customer service was credible. A joy to have in your store. He made us feel at ease and explained everything through out and met our needs accordingly. It was a smooth transaction and he knew what he was doing. Will definitely recommend to family and friends and will be back myself to see him if I need anything else.
