The assistant was very friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. She was very patient and went over everything again, insuring we fully understood the details of every type of bed and nothing was too much trouble.

The sales assistant was very friendly, and informative.

Jen greeted us at the door and asked what we were looking for, we said a new mattress. she explained the bed that would match us to a mattress. we tried a few mattresses in store and when we picked the one we thought was best she said that's good that's what you've been matched to.

Clare was very welcoming, knowledgeable and tentative to our needs. She offered us a range of beverages, telling us the hot chocolate was especially good! Helped ua chose out with the help of your funky bed machine a mattress to best suit our needs.

Paula was excellent, she was very patient and spent a lot of time explaining everything and going through all the options available for myself, she explained everything very clearly which made it so much easier to make a decision. Paula is an asset to the team and definitely a pleasure to deal with.

I was greeted by Jennifer in the Straiton store. Delighted to see the sanitisation station and offered water..social distancing was observed by all. Jennifer was very informative and friendly and purchase was made with ease. Delivery arrangements were also explained in great detail with a delivery date set to suit. It was a delight to have Jennifer's complete attention and questions answered in such a friendly manner...I will certainly look forward to returning when in need of a new bed or pillows..

The service we got from Sebastian was brilliant. He really understood what we were looking for and the price we were prepared to pay. He was very friendly and make the process very easy to understand and smooth from start to finish. He also had excellent product knowledge.
