Felt safe and well looked after with Clare . She was knowledgeable about all the products. She took her time on the sales time explaining everything about the contact. Great attitude as well .

We went into the Dreams store wanting to buy a mattress. Having never bought our own before, we had no idea what our preferences would be. Clare was immediately available to help us and offered us the Sleep match service, which has ultimately found us out perfect mattress. The process was smooth, informative and friendly and at no point did we feel pressured to decide or purchase anything. We returned a couple of days later having decided to go ahead with the purchase, and had a very similar experience with Sebastian - extremely friendly and well informed. We are very pleased to also have access to such a flexible and seemingly reliable delivery system. What we thought was going to be a confusing and difficult process of buying a mattress was made thoroughly enjoyable and easy, and we are very grateful to the wonderful staff at Dreams Edinburgh (Straiton) for this.

All questions answered re the 2 items I was interested in and it was explained that one was unavailable. Assistant was friendly and knowledgeable.

Paula was very helpful and welcoming. Paula assisted my son and I to find a bed & mattress that was right for us , at no time did I feel I was being pushed towards the most expensive range but was shown all of the beds in all price ranges and given time to make the right choice to suit my son and I.

Paula, the staff member who helped us through the process was very patient, knowledgable and spent a lot of time with us to understand our specific needs. This helped with the choice of mattress for ourselves. We were also looking for a sofa bed, unfortunately the one we wanted was not in stock. This may come in soon, but it also means we will not have the price guarantee when it comes in.
