Paula the sales consultant was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to make sure we had the right products for our needs. Nothing was a bother to her and her knowledge of the products was a very high standard.

Staff were brilliant. Jen helped look after our 5 year old whilst we put through our transaction with Sebastian. Ace all round service.

Sebastian welcomed us to the store (we had booked an appointment and were on time!) pointing out all the Covid precautions and asking politely what we were after. He was knowledgeable and very friendly. [We had returned to the store having bought a bed there about two years ago]. We took advantage of the technology sleep machine and were shown several beds and then mattresses to suit. We are delighted with that we have purchased - although slightly over budget - and very pleased with the way we were treated giving us confidence (again) in the Dreams offer.

There was hand sanitiser on entry The assistant came over straight away and spent loads of time talking through and showing different options; including showing cut-through sections of mattress to explain the differences. I was made a cup of tea when doing the payment and delivery details - it's the little details that can make the difference!

Personal assistance was provided throughout our visit from entering the store through to placing an order and leaving the store. The 10% discount provided as a Forces Veteran was also greatly appreciated. Although the number of companies who recognise the sacrifices of serving and ex-service personnel is increasing there are still a large number who don’t.

The assistant, Sebastian, was very helpful without being pushy. He explained everything well and took account of my specific needs. I was impressed by the Covid measures and felt safe.

About twenty years ago, we bought a bed from your Bristol store. It is still in use now. On this visit (once we had found the store), we were given superb customer service and were able to purchase a mattress which we hope will also prove long-serving. Your employee was exceptionally polite and helpful… just brilliant all round!
