I called because I had used the store before. There was a sale advertised but when entering the shop I could find nothing in the sale. The person who served us was sour faced and only interested in getting a sale. It transpired that our bed was a European size but after giving measurements the sales assistant failed to advise us of this fact. It was only when I called back and got a more helpful assistant that I got the service and information I needed.

We need a bed in <3 weeks as we are moving and letting our our house. This was clearly explained to the Dreams colleague on Sat, who checked the delivery time on a number of items. We chose based on the one available for delivery this Sat 22nd. This was also coincidentally the most expensive. No tills were available. So colleague did a paper order. Then later emailed to say item not available until 18th May. I called the store but another colleague explained that I need to now sort the issue out with HQ. However I cannot get through to the call centre to try to discuss it.

This has nothing to do with me. I did not buy this bed. I am not the James Allan you're looking for. I don't know how you got this address but you've released a bunch of Mrs Margaret Allan's (No relation to me, no idea who she is, again none of this has anything to do with me) personal details which is a breach of your own, and the nation's, data privacy regulations. Do not email me again or I will find Mrs Margaret Allan (I cannot stress this enough, she has nothing to do with me, I did not buy a bed, I have never been to your shop) and show her the details you have given out without her permission.
