Staff were far too intrusive and it was difficult to get away from them and just spend time browsing. Lady was far too falsely nice. Wasn't sincere at all, and far too overbearing. Didn't get all of the items I needed as I just wanted to get out of the store ASAP

The assistant was rude, lazy and unhelpful. We then had to wait 20 minutes on a computer to book the beds. This was then exacerbated because we were given the wrong booking day

We were extremely happy with the assistant until we declined the offer of product cover for our purchase. The sales assistant seemed to just close off to us and completely changed his manner, in fact we felt that he could not wait for us to finish the purchase and leave. We have to say however that the store manager ( at least we think he was the store manager) was still really friendly with us and to be honest if it wasn't for him, we would think twice about visiting that specific shop.

totally disgusted with delivery charges and when we asked the salesman abt it he had to go and speak to what appeared to be his manager who was sitting at the next desk drinking coffee with a friend

I required a bed relatively quickly. Not so sure I got the best deal around. I thinkm I could have got the same quality of mattress in another stores sale. None of the mattresses I looked at were in a sale. I saw very little in your so called sale

I went in looking for a bed for my new house. I was approached by James and I had help from Kyle who were most helpful. However when it was time to order the bed I was served by the manager Steph. She was abrupt to me and my mother and when I asked questions she just repeated herself and not really fully answered my question. I myself work in customer service and I was appalled at the mangers attitude towards me. I don’t really appreciate being talked down to. However the help from James who I think was new was much appreciated, very patient and listened to all our needs.

We were purchasing two double beds and one king size. As the bill was coming to £4,000 the sales agent said he would throw in some free pillows, a sheet & with a discount we would be looking at £3,800. This was not the case at all, we didn’t ask for pillows nor sheet but they were charged for - When I asked for those to be removed because I could see they were chargeable he said his manager wouldn’t allow us to have a discount on the beds otherwise. Not sure if he miscalculated whilst walking around on the price but I was not happy paying over £4K. The store was closing so we ended up making the decision to go ahead but on finance, but I am less than impressed with the value.
