When entering the shop an assistant approached me to lie on the dream machine and took mine and my husbands details. When the results came through the sales assistant showed me the most suitable beds. However these were all firm beds. We looked at a few firm Mattresses and I tried them out. I opted for a 4000 pocket sprung mattress. Thinking the more pocket springs the better. However, I’ve never had a firm mattress before. The mattress arrived with a dirty mark on it which was not spotted by the delivery men. I’ve now arranged a new mattress to be delivered in 4 weeks time. Since sleeping on my firm mattress I have had 3 nights of uncomfortable restless sleep. I have woken multiple times during the night unable to get comfortable. Having a sore back and neck in the morning. I went back to the shop yesterday to be told I had to keep the mattress for 40 days before they would change this. I am now distraught that I have another month of no sleep which is causing me unnecessary anxiety and stress.

I placed the order and due to limited delivery slots it will be more than 4 weeks before I receive my bed

My 1st visit wasn't a good experience, I don't think the assistant believed I was a genuine customer, when I called the next day to order my bed and mattress there were no notes and do I had to make a return journey to the store to order.

Assistant did not listen to my needs. Buying a guest bed with trundle. I wanted single and small single mattresses. She said mattresses as shown on show - both single. Description is for both. She then agreed I could have one of each. IT problems and she was impatient working on two screens at same time. Put order in without showing me screen. After payment put through felt I was dismissed as assistant turned away from me. Email confirming order showed 2 small single mattresses ordered. Phoned shop and another assistant corrected prefer immediately. Satisfied with product but await delivery to see what arrives. Not happy with service in store. Assistant had a ‘trainee sheet’ on her desk. She needs some help with customer service. A smile would be a start. She was efficient and couldn’t get transaction done fast enough.

I was looking for a Kozee Sleep Duchess single mattress. Makers list Dreams as a stockist and I was very disappointed to be told by your salesperson that you did not stock this item! As I am disabled it was not an easy option to go elsewhere,thus I ordered a mattress that seemed OK,I only hope that this is not a case of having to go through getting items changed! If you are able to supply the item I was looking for that would be my preferred outcome. Is there a telephone number on which I can discuss this matter. Thank you David R Walker 0131 440 1444

Prices displayed need to accurate Better customer service - sales assistant unhelpful and gave poor customer service. Moody and poor attitude. More staff availability.
