Prices are higher that other stores for similar products and I cannot say I am highly satisfied until I see the bed I have ordered and compare the quality against other products I have reviewed.

I thought the selection of the bed type I was looking for was alittle small

Sales staff proficient and helpful. We didn't feel hastled or pushed. They were respectful and gave us time to discuss things privately. Thank you.

I believe all companies should have room for improvement but I bought 2 Otterman double beds just over a year ago and as I was very happy with both the service and quality of the product returned to by a 4ft bed and bedding. I Happy to make Dreams my first port of call for a bed.

As I havent yet received the delivery of items I am unable to confirm that I am highly staisfied with the service.

We were very satisfied, which was fine for us. Staff most helpful. Wary of ever saying Highly satisfied!

The appearance could have been better. It's a bit run down. But the service was excellent.

I think the reply of satisfied is adequate to the service I recieved and there was no reason for highly satisfied to be stated

The price I ended up paying was much more than I planned and had to phone back as hadn't received email of order confirmation but turned out my surname had been spelt wrongly. Assistant was very good in helping me to choose bed etc though.
