Excellent service, I rarely give 10/10 No one is perfect!

Only the fact I was shopping for a head board and compared to beds there are only about half a dozen on display. Similar in all bed shops not just yours. I had checked on line beforehand but I prefer to shop in store

The staff were friendly but not pushy both times we visited the store even though the first time we made it clear we were not there to buy.

Having worked in retail before, I always went that little bit more with customer service. Nowadays staff are helpful and friendly but could do a wee bit more. Products are brilliant and already have beautiful mattresses and beds in the past from you. I will be back!

Sales team were a bit pushy and hovered around us

The salesman was the area manager who was only there because of staff shortage. He was friendly and helpful but a bit unsure of ordering process. I don't like shops where as soon as you walk in the door a salesman accosts you I prefer to browse and if I need help will ask for it.

It took a long time to get served initially, as one member of staff was engaged with another customer and there was no one else visible for quite a few minutes. To be fair on the staff, it looked like there were only two of them in the store, probably not enough. Once I was served I couldn't fault the service. Reasonable range and the sale items represented good value. Not sure I would have paid full prices. Delivery charge very high in comparison to other retailers: £39 compared to Next (in same retail park) at £8, but with a large item like a bed you pretty much have the customer over a barrel. I live in a bungalow and spare room is first room you come too – almost £40 is too high.

50% off promotion was on for selected items. The discount on the items I bought was 0% - so the advertising is a bit misleading.

The store was very busy and due to this had to wait sometime to purchase beds. Did get offered drinks while we waited twice which was great and staff did apologise for the wait a few times which was also good.

There was not a good selection of wooden bed frame options with storage so we had to just buy the mattress and find the bed frame elsewhere. It is cheaper to buy the frame plus the mattress in store so we felt the lack of selection meant we had to spend more money as we ideally would have liked to purchase a bed frame -mattress package from yourselves.
