I was quite happy with the help in placing the order.

After purchasing the mattress I was checking the dimensions online I saw the price was £100 cheaper than what was price in store.

My phone number wasnt taken correctly so there was a small hickup. but the problem might have been partly mine.

I felt that when we first entered the store it took some time for a member of staff to approach us.

I always hold something in reserve before I am highly satisfied but overall my salesman was excellent

The items ordered were not available within the quoted 10 days, because it was a 'special order' - why does it need to be special if it's a standard item displayed in store? There was quite a lot of messing about to apply discounts so that we could take the warranty, which we didn't want but which came with mattress protectors which we did want, without incurring any extra costs. It would be better not to try and force customers to take out pretty well meaningless warranties.

Could have been more staff on as the Store Manager and other employee were juggling a few customers. Otherwise first rate on all other aspects. Store Manager (Frank) had superior product knowledge and this is what I come into store for. You can't get knowledge and service like this over the internet.

Good choice as need small double. Assistant on first visit helpful and one on second visit especially so. Obviously more experienced which is good as will pass it on to colleagues.

Manager frank spent time with us to discuss All types of beds and options. Even down to what pillows to use. His knowledge, and understanding of our needs was exceptional, and no hard sell which we liked. Not all beds were in the big sale! This was our only criticism.

Have not yet taken delivery of my bed. If all goes well it may change to highly satisfied after that.
