The sales assistant helping us was called Paula and she was an exceptionally knowledgeable person in regards to the various mattresses that she showed us. She really made us feel relaxed with the offer of a coffee and water and nothing was a bother to her. Her friendly manner is a great asset to the company.

This is down tothe sales person Steph. who was knowledgeable, patient, pleasant, and doing her best to ensure I was happy with my choice. there was no pressure as with some who are more interested in making a sale than ensuring customer satisfaction. She is an asset to thestore.

Staff very knowledgeable and friendly

I went into your store to have a look at mattresses and wanted to try out various types to see which I liked. I was very impressed by the system you use to assess a customer's needs. This helped to focus my attention on what was recommended. I was very ably helped by Steph, who answered my questions showed me all the options. I decided to go ahead and buy a mattress based on all these positives.

After walking into the shop and meeting the staff on site it was as if you were meeting family members. All members of the staff were extremely helpful and listened to everything you had to say. this was particularly so for me as I have a medical condition which happens when I am sleeping. I would without doubt recommend this outlet to other people.
