I have been in the straiton store three times recently at different times buying 2 beds and a mattress and headboard to the grand sum of about £4500 being served by three different people and can say all three staff members helped and served us efficiently. I would recommend anybody in need of a new bed to visit Dreams at Straiton.

As this was just a phone call to place an order it went well with no problems so there was no face to face personal contact which is why I put in Satisfied

There were several add-ons which were not obvious when viewing the products in the store e.g. extra payment to extend the warranty of the mattress, extra payment to extend the warranty for the base, charge to remove an old bed, delivery charge for the new bed, subsequently waived as there was a sale, charge for a mattress cover if the mattress warranty was not purchased.

Overall very good however the person who served us was brand new to the job so there was some lack of knowledge but that was understandable.

All went well until employee tried to send our order through computer and the price came up as £100 more expensive ! After a phone call and several minutes waiting the problem was finally resolved.

Because I felt satisfied and thought that was a good comment I won,t know until I sleep on the bed whether I am highly satisfied and will let you know then.
