When entering the store I knew what bed I was coming for, but had no previous knowledge about mattresses. Danny approached us and helped us firstly with the sizes of the beds, and then explained the colour coding of the mattresses, he then explained ones which would suit my sleeping needs (without pillows) and allowed me to try them out, he asked me to compare and his knowledge was really good which helped me make my decision! He checked the delivery date and managed to get one close to my move in date which works out well. He was quick, efficient and knowledgable about everything needed!

The finance transaction via creation was time-consuming at the fault appeared to lie with the creation product defaulting to a wrong address. Regardless off this being an external problem to Dreams it is still part of the product sale and therefor could and should be a much smoother process. The staff at dreams namely Frank and Danny were very helpful and contacted creation to help resolve the issue . Nevertheless this problem should not have been encountered.

I was not highly satisfied with my experience only because I had to wait and still waiting for my delivery which was placed on 17th July but not available till 18th August, although I understand that the stock wasn't available and not necessarily anyone faults, but having just moved into a new home I am in need of the bunk beds however I accept that stock does become unavailable

The problem was of my making - I wanted a memory foam only mattress - and ended up buying a different type along with a Divan base. When I returned home I realized that I would not be happy with the purchase and phoned to cancel the order. I was told that I could not do this but that I could amend the order therefore I cancelled the mattress. I realise that I should not have made the original purchase as it was no exactly what I wanted however I find it quite extraordinary that I was unable to cancel after 3 hours. I am sure that 'contracts' should have a realistic 'cooling off' period to censure ' the product or goods' are exactly what the purchaser wanted.

until the transaction is completed ie the bed delivered and assembled I think it would be too premature to assess the overall experience

The mattress I had seen online wasn't in store for us to try which is why we had visited the store.
