I was not highly satisfied because there was only one person attending to customers where there should have been more sales people.As for example the sale assistiant was trying his best to attend to all customers but this was impossible.As the sale assistant asked my self what as was looking for and he tried ti give me a bit of advise but in between he was still dealing with a customer.So he said he had to see to them for the transaction and time he did the paper work for the customer i had a 45 minute wait before i could place my order with him plus there was another customer who also wanted seen to who tried to go in front of myself .As the sale person who told me that i would be next.But if i didnt say i was here first he would have let them order there .It should be first come first served unless the customer wasn't ready to place an order yet or just browsing.

I have to wait a month for my bed to be delivered even if it is stored in England it should not take that long to deliver a bed

The Experience was fine, but the matress we wanted to test was dirty and we did not want to dirty our clothes trying it. We went ahead with the purchase at Dreams after testing a similar mattress at a competitors. The Dreams price was slightly better.

Prices high compared to Benson’s. Products good - service from Steph was friendly and offered coffee was a nice touch.

The only thing I can raise was that everything the offered over and above the goods themselves was everything was money money money and I didn't like that at all

Good overall experience helpful and knowledgeable sales person. Good selection of products. Quite a lot of added extras for payment e.g. delivery at weekends , assembly of sofa bed and recycling of old mattress.

Paul the assistant immediately made us feel welcome in the store and understood our needs really well. She was able to take us to store & screen to show as the products a lot more easily than we could have done just wandering, Very satisfied.

Purely on the price of the product whilst we do accept there is I high level of hand stiching we do feel the price is a little on the high side.
