I was satisified with attention give n from salesman but was a bit overwhelmed with all the technical details .

Staff friendly but too pushy.

Staff were friendly and efficient and conscientious however the price I paid for my sofa bed reduced by £120 the following day!!!

I never ever give 100% to any survey. I am also aware of how surveys work !

The price of mattresses is a joke

There was only one customer service agent in the store. It would have been helpful to both customers and staff as that one person was dealing with phone calls, and customers. Paula, at the Straiton store was extremely informed, efficient and couldn't have been nicer but the whole transaction would have been faster if someone else had been there to answer phones and enquiries from other customers.

I was in your store yesterday (30/09) and was advised that the bed I wanted would be available and could be delivered next week, however I had to go home and measure to make sure it would fit so came back today (01/10). Less than 24hrs later I come into your store to be told that the bed is completely out of stock in all your stores and it is a 6/8 week wait for another one. Very disappointing as this was my first choice bed for my son. I struggle to see how in less than 24hrs it can go from being available next week to being completely out of stock across the country!!

I am not sure how to answer this question. Buying a bed is something one does as part of life. I was satisfied with our experience I would not say that my mind was blown though, nor would I expect my mind to be blown by such an experience. The system worked, the staff were helpful and friendly.

Although it was nice staff were attentive, this was often a bit much when my partner and I wanted try the mattresses and to discuss the finances between ourselves for example.

I don’t think I can say highly satisfied about things like quality and price paid until I have tried the product out. The shop and assistants were great, no issues with them at all.
