I didn’t like being accosted as I walked in the door and asked “what brings you in today and have you been here before” neither question is relevant when you want to browse. The store manager was far friendlier

IT system was down told to go shopping then return after 60mins it still wasn’t sorted. Staff said they’d phone when up and running. 4 hours later got a call to say I could pay over the phone as system working now but decided to return to the store for 3 rd time that day as didn’t want to pass card details over the phone. Saying all that staff were apologetic.

Price was higher than we would have liked when quoted beds that were "tailor made" to us using the Dreams sleep match computer system, all beds selected were high priced products
