Sales assistant was very personable, helpful, not pushy, when she was unsure over something (once) she went off and checked. We had come straight from another bed shop and much preferred her style Vs the sales assistant in the other bed shop. The rating is no reflection on tHe sales assistant. The physical space of the store did not feel welcoming - lighting could be better, no room design.
