I was very satisfied. There is always room for improvement hence not highly satisfied. Would have liked the mattresses of the same firmness placed together in store. Once we ascertained we preferred a firm mattress we had to go from corner to corner of the store to try the firm mattresses.

i have still to receive my pillows i ordered, which was nearly 1 week ago. have had no email confirmation of delivery or anything.
