I was highly satisfied opted for single bed as small 40" double no longer made. Overall very good especially the lady that helped me at the store.

The visit to the store was great. The staff were very friendy, and even gave us a coffee. I felt that some of the mattresses should be grouped together by product. We had to go up and down the stairs at the store to ensure that we picked the best product for us. That was the only flaw. The experience was great and the staff were very kind, helpful and friendly.

Appreciate it is a reasonably lengthy process to get the right mattress, however, it took quite longer than expected but appreciate the sales assistant was being helpful.

The credit provider unfairly rejected my application. Possibly owing to my ongoing mortgage application but negatively impacted my credit score which was the highest it could be.

I've already said re one item in back room but no time for when available out front....that said we decided it was not key to our decision. We also (both, independently) think the £100 discount was stated at the start of our visit to not already be off the marked price, but by the time we came to agree a sale this was not the case. We don't think we were stung, but if a mistake in pricing was originally made it would have been better to be up front.
