Friendliness and knowledge of assistant made it easier for me to explain my requirements.

Two or three of the staff approached us with advise when we were tying various beds, but they were happy to leave us to move about and no hard sale.

Frank was friendly and laid out all our options but was never pushy. I felt relaxed and even though Frank had another customer at the time he was polite and would always make sure we were ok.

The staff there were very friendly and approachable. They helped me with my order requirements and both staff had a nice personality and made the visit enjoyable and easy. Very good service.

Have been browsing bed stores with no luck so visited Dreams just in case. Staff very helpful in finding a small double for my teenage son with pocket springs and storage. Great service plus a cup of tea. On balance, wasn't expecting to buy so good work by your friendly and honest staff! Delighted with purchase.

I found exactly what I was looking for. The information given to me by the staff was not only helpful but, was the difference between me buying a bed and not. I did not feel pressured at any time as this would have made me leave the store without purchasing. Overall I was highly satisfied with the whole experience.

Keith was very attentive and listened to what we wanted and recommend we try a few different ones before suggesting the one we decide to go with. We didn't feel rushed or pushed into anything we weren't sure about. All in all excellent customer service.

There was no hard sale technique just helpful friendly staff who let me look around the store without shadowing me. I loved the room displays upstairs. Keith, who served me was very polite, helpful and friendly and worked at ways to enable me to purchase the bedroom furniture. I still have another room to redecorate and replace the bedroom furniture and I will defiantly be going back to the shop again. Thank you. PS the furniture and bed, all matching, is lovely. I'm very pleased.

On arrival we were greeted by a member of staff who's approach was friendly, but not intrusive. He advised us on the layout of products within the store and pointed us in the direction of beds which may be suitable in design and within our price range. Upon selecting the bed of our choice we were promply assisted with payment and delivery options. Overall we were delighted with service and our choice of bed.

As soon as we came into your store, everything was easy to find, the prices were clearly shown and your staff member that dealt with us (Frank) knew exactly what we were looking for and actually noticed we had been in the previous day looking around. He explained everything in detail and made us feel at ease with our purchase. Overall a great experience and will definitely be back in the future.
