Keith, the person who assisted us spent time to understand our needs and suggested relevant products and alternatives for us to test. This we did and based on the test and recomendation we changed out minds on the products we eventually purchased. Although more money they were more relevant for out needs. Keith even brought up our previous purchases and discussed our future needs and demands.

Keith the Assistant Manager was absolutely excellent he took us round all the different beds in stock and gave us a full description of each when asked he was exceptionally polite and even offered us a cup of tea while we made up our mind about what bed frame we wanted to purchase. He did his level best to get us the best delivery date possible (which beat your competition by a mile!). We were given a great deal on accessories and again time was taken to explain the advantages of the product. Keith followed up the following day with a confirmation of having tried to get the delivery date brought forward but was unable to through no fault of his own. Keith works in Straiton Edinburgh, seriously all in all this young man is an asset to your organisation and certainly gave us a great shopping experience and I would not hesitate to recommend the Straiton Store and Keith to any family and friends wishing to purchase a bed or bedroom furniture.

Both sales persons were knowledgable and very helpful,altogether a very easy transaction.

Good service from helpful salesman. I am not yet able to state whether or not the item is good value or perfectly suited to my requirements as it has not yet been delivered and I have not had the chance to test it at home, but I have no reason to think that it will not be exactly what I need or that it is not good value.

My wife and I were offered all the assistance that we needed and everything was explained to us thoroughly. All variations of the article we were looking at was explained thoroughly to us and we were treated very well.
