Friendly, helpful members of staff. Not in your face trying to 'get a sale'.

I originally entered Dreams shop to buy a Tempor Pillow for my husband who suffers from Osteo-arthritis in his neck. The manager saw me and came right over, asked what problems my husband had and advised me to bring him in to try out the pillows in the shop before buying. This impressed me as not only was it a wise thing to do for the benefit of my husband but also showed that the manager was more interested in my buying the correct product for his purpose than him just making any sale. Impressed. I have returned and my husband is very satisfied with his new Tempur Pillow. The manager also spent quite some time advising me on a Tempur bed and mattress for my disabled daughter who I will be returning with in the near future to try out a bed. This is an age where on can go into shops and finding assistants is like finding a needle in a haystack. Not so in Dreams. I will certainly recommend to other friends.

I was looking to make a purchase for my son, I had been in a number of weeks ago and Keith in the Straiton Edinburgh Store had given me advice and details as to the products I was interested in. I returned on Wednesday 29th April and was looking at newer items I had not seen before and Keith approached me offering advice/product knowledge. He kindly searched through the records for the items I wanted and advised me on the stock that was available for quick delivery and booked this all in for me, he was very professional and helpful on both occasions that I was in store. I would have purchased all the bed linen in your store too but there was n stock of the colours I wanted.

Sean was very helpful and his colleague too, they offered advice and helped us decide on our purchase. Very knowledgeable and made buying our bunk beds!

I got to test the bed out and got a cup of tea and a nice friendly chat they even gave my son a wagon wheel which he was over the moon and some bloons amazing service

Frank who assisted us was fantastic, explained how the mattresses were built and made us try various mattresses to ensure we choose the correct one. He also explained the bed frames to us and showed us how strong they were. The other young gentleman who had just not long started at dreams was fantastic with my 2 year old son keeping him entertained allowing my husband and I to listen to what Frank was explaining to us, he also made me a lovely cup of tea. Frank listened to everything I said and took on board what I was looking for as I suffer from back pain and I am also 6 months pregnant.

The sales person was not pushy but casual and very helpfull I just wish all were like that.

The man who assisted us was extremely knowledgable and very helpful.
