Dreams - Edinburgh - Straiton

Chris was very helpful and knew exactly which product we were looking for. He was understanding when we said we would be back after shopping around and was happy to help us. We did shop around and decided to purchase the ottoman we had viewed at dreams and Chris was delighted we chose to come back.

The assistant Paula was very helpful and pleasant. The mattress I ordered has yet to be delivered so I can't make much further comment until I have used it. One thing I am very disappointed in is being charged £80 for delvery of the new mattress and disposal of the old one. This is an excessive charge and had I not been wanting the mattress immediately I would have gone elsewhere, ie Costco.

Kieth the salesman we spoke to on our first visit was helpful without being over bearing . This was the deciding factor whether to shop here and make our purchase as there is 2 other bed stores in the near vicinity. We returned the following day after thinking the purchase over. While Keith was busy the store manager talked us through some options and we decided to purchase. Kieth again helped on this visit also and completed the sale. Overall although the products instore are good, the store clean etc it was employee attitude that made it that bit special and stood out for me

We went into the store simply to see what was available as we wanted to buy a new bed in the near future. We were approached by Keith to enquire if we needed any help. At no time did we feel pressured by him. He was knowledgeable about everything we looked at. He asked what we needed for a new bed to ensure we were both happy. He spend a good period of time making sure we were happy and offered us refreshments. The order process was trouble free and Keith took time to explain all of our rights and again offered tea or coffee. A thoroughly pleasant shopping experience.

I was highly satisfied with the time the assistant spent with us to help us make the correct choice and also with the assistants cheerful and friendly manner. I was also pleased with the variety to choose from.
