Dreams - Edinburgh - Straiton

Really friendly salesperson in Keith at the Straiton store in Edinburgh. He was knowledgable and helpful and not pushy for a sale.

Fabulous experience with Dreams and in particular Paula and her manager (Frank I think). Lovely and friendly, extremely helpful and very knowledgable. Perfect customer service! Genuinely have not had a shopping experience like this ever before, from start to finish including helping us to the car (didn't catch the mans name), wonderful!

The manager who was serving us was really friendly and had a nice sense of humour. The store was in immaculate condition and we also got some help in choosing a mattress the previous day we came from this lovely lady at the Edinburgh Straiton store.
