Colleague Connor was very helpful. Made the whole experience of buying a mattress very easy.

I was highly satisified with the knowledged of Paula in the Straiton Retail Park shop. She explained everything on a level I understood and was attentive and friendly wich made me feel like a valued customer. This is does not happen often enough sometimes in shops.

The store was well laid out and the staff friendly but not pushy. We were looking for a single bed preferrably in white wood and exactly that kind of product was available and on discount. The sales person Connor was knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. The only point for improvement would be if one of the staff had either, after greeting us, just asked us to let them know if we needed some help, or had come to check if we needed help after giving us 10 minutes to look. As it was when asked to help all the staff were quick to help.

The young sales man was very friendly , i It was his first day & he dealt extemely well With any questions I had about products . I was in the shop for a while , he made me Nice cup of tea , while waiting for paper work To be finalised . He assisted me to my car with bedding & pillows I'd bought

The assistant listened to our needs and advised appropriately.

The person serving us and the manager were both very helpful and knowledgeable. The assistant was very good with my daughter when helping her pick the correct mattress.

Explaining of product,found the sales person honest and paid attention to our needs and budget.

Frank and his team at straiton retail park in Edinburgh were excellent at offering us assistance on our purchase. I have a disability which affects my mobility and so was looking for a bed which would offer support. The staff worked together to give us the best advice and make us feel comfortable in store. Had assistance almost from the moment we entered the shop. The knowledge of the staff member who helped us was very good and he was extremely helpful. I had never shopped for a mattress before and even though I had done my homework the knowledge of the staff helped in making my decision.

Had done a little research prior to visit and was reassured product met my needs.Staff were available to assist and even made a coffee whilst I placed the order.Beds I had looked at were available to try along with other suitable options.Managed to purchase a suitable headboard to accompany my mattress which was convenient .Looking forward to a good nights sleep.
