Keith was very informative, gave good advice with regards to what matresses may suit our needs (back and shoulder injuries) and then left us to try out the beds, he was polite and courteous and most importantly not pushy. We actually caused him to leave late and he was very pleasant about it (I appreciate a sale was made) but he wasn't urging us to make an inappropriate choice so he could get home.

I felt Keith engaged well with my whole family as well as understanding our needs.

I had no idea what sort of mattress I needed. Chris the sales assistant explained the difference and let me try out a few. Then it was easy to make a decision.

Keith, the assistant who helped us was excellent. great manners and personable. Understood what we were trying to do and made it painless and quick. Big thanks to him!

Paula and the other staff were very welcoming . Paula made us feel at ease and explained about beds and mattresses for us. She was very informative about the products that we wanted and helped us to make a choice about a mattress by showing us a variety and leaving us to try them all out.

The lady that helped us (Paula Satherley) was so helpful and friendly. Its normally hard shopping with children but she made an effort with them and was very patient with us

Lady that attended to us was extremely knowledgeable re the products, spent a lot of time helping us select the right mattresses for our needs. We would not hesitate about using Dreams for any future purchases,in fact will very probably go back to purchase the bedding for our new beds.

We had only gone in for a browse although had been considering buying a new bed and thought the TV bed was well priced and good quality. Both the staff discussed the features of the bed, tv included etc and we decided just to purchase it. We also purchased a mattress as we have a larger bed and we were shown a few options and went for a one that suited. Very friendly staff always smiling.
