Very friendly advice given all round great

Great service,well run store friendly staff.

The Information Paula gave was informative and very helpful The time she spent with us was great She encouraged me to try various beds

The sales person, Paula, was brilliant - we were 50/50 if we were going to make a purchase when we walked in but she was so good there was no way we were leaving without buying - sales is a tricky technique and we are usually more annoyed with store staff than happy - but as I say Paula was superb - we had a 5 year old with us too and she dealt with him perfectly - a cup of hot chocolate did the trick and his own pillow to try the beds

Excellent service by all staff. Only issue was the change of delivery date after we left store resulting in delay to delivery as apparently warehouse had no slots available on original date (bank holiday issue?). Would have thought this would have flagged up when placing order.

Everything from start to finish was done very professionally by paula from the sleep machine bed at the start didn’t realise that there was so much to consider when purchasing a new bed the choices that were there to see which suited us both everything was explained to us very clearly we were taking round the beds nothing was a problem first class service Thank you debbie&john thomson

Didn't feel rushed, offered a beverage and the store assistants supported the fact we also had a very young baby with us.

Very quick and efficient service. Steph at Straiton Retail Park was so welcoming and so very helpful. She help me pick a frame and a mattress tailored to our needs. Will definitely be recommending to family and friends.
