The knowledge of all the beds, matresses & pillows I received from Paula was excellant. She also took time to explain & did not hurry me to make a decision.

Excellent customer service skills made very welcome no pressure put on us. Cup of tea & biscuits felt totally relaxed I would give an accomodation to Connor & I think it also was the store manager present. FIRST CLASS

Sales person was very knowledgeable about the mattresses and made sure we were fully satisfied with the mattress before we made our purchase!

The assistant Paula was very knowledgable and very helpful. We found that she was able to listen and relate to our requirements thus providing us with the best advice on that basis.

Quick efficient service from Keith - found me exactly what I was looking for - having just left Bensons for Beds store where I nearly bought a product but was not 100% keen on the choice and it would have been more expensive than Dreams if I had gone for that option. Speedy ordering from Dreams and I was even offered a cup of tea and a biscuit - excellent service.

I got what I went for at a good price.
