From the moment we walked into store, feeling overwhelmed as we didn't know what we were doing, we were made to feel welcome and relaxed. The lay out of the store was explained so we'd know where to start, Connor was fun and kind and attentive, and we felt very well informed in making our purchase.

I went to Dreams with my mentally handicapped brother to buy him a bed. Frank the sales assistamt was patient, understanding and very helpful when dealing with my brother. I was very very impressed at this - which sadly is rarely the case in many shops where they cant be bothered to understand his needs. Frank deserves a big pat on the back for helping the disabled.

Today Paula was very helpful in helping pick the right mattress, she explained everything very clearly and even though I am in the middle of decorating, delivery was up to me. Even choosing a delivery date could be changed or put back. She even gave me a pillow to lie on the mattress. It was good that there is a 40 nights sleep & if it turned out it didn't suit me as long as a mattress protector was used, you can change it for another one. Even picking a delivery dateto suit me was great as I am in the middle of decorating, that was not a problem. Very happy customer
