Dreams - Edinburgh - Straiton

I was assisted immediately and felt I was given clear, concise and friendly advice in an honest manner. The shop was organised in a simple way which allowed me to quickly compare the mattress products logically. I didn't feel products were pushed on me. I left the shop to think over my purchase and went to Bensons for Beds to compare. They offered me a similar mattress for a cheaper delivery price and £30 cheaper on product but their customer service was no where near as good. I felt that I could trust my money was safer spent at Dreams as a result of the excellent service. In particular, I had my young 19 month year old son with me who is very active. Both the Dreams' colleagues who dealt with me were excellent with him and helped distract him to allow me time to think. This was much appreciated. Thank you!

Sales man that was dealing with us was very friendly knowledgable placed the order very quick. And was very helpful to get the date we wanted it delivered.

When we arrived, we were given time to browse and then Frank approached us to ask if we needed any assistance. We were looking for a new base for our bed as we purchased a mattress from Dreams 3-4 months ago. Frank was excellent, he took us through a range of options and explained the benefits of each. He never put us under any pressure at any time. Being in retail myself, I appreciate how difficult it can be to get the balance right between offering information and sounding pushy/desperate. Frank had a lovely manner about him and made the customer experience a very enjoyable one.

As soon as we walked in the store we were assisted from the very start to the end. We were not pushed towards any specific items but helped along towards what we wanted and could afford. With no idea what to choose we were givien lots of advice and plenty time alone to try out different products. The salesman made the whole experience enjoyable.

Saw the product I was interested in purchasing. Engaged the attention of sales staff, discussed my intended purchase, went ahead and bought the items I wanted.

The staff at Edinburgh, Straiton are very knowledgable about all the products in the store, they don't push you to buy the most expensive, they encourage you to buy for your needs only, they are very friendly nothing is problem to them. Lovely staff.
