Dreams - Edinburgh - Straiton

From the moment we walked into the shop till the moment we left , we were well looked after. The lady seving us (Paula) couldn't have been any more helpful. As well as seeing to other people in the shop , the lady made sure we didn't have to wait around. We're very happy with the bed we bought and with the price, no pressure put on when buying , everything explained in detail. We will recommend Dreams to our family and friends.

The staff were both knowledgeable and friendly. They were happy to go over things for as long as necessary to ensure we got what we were looking for.

Extremely knowledgeable assistang who couldn't be more attentive at assisting with our needs and finding the right mattress for us as we struggling to work out what we needed. Not pushy at all, pitched at right level. Exemplary product knowledge.

The staff member helping us took time to understand what we were looking for. I felt she was providing honest answers to the questions we were asking and not just interested in keeping us happy to get a sale. By understanding our needs and taking them into account she advised us on a bed which she felt would be right for us based on our requirements. I am very glad I came across this member of staff having just popped into this branch of Dreams on the off chance as I was passing one day (this isn't our local store which was had been dealing with in the weeks prior to this visit). Based on meeting this member of staff and having a quick chat I convinced my partner that to go back to this store the following day to try out some beds with the help of this lady. I just got a good feeling the first day I met her. We were given time to try out the beds without the sales assistant hanging over us. This made us feel comfortable (I find trying out beds to be quite embarrassing especially if someone is standing over you waiting to hear what you think of the bed).

The assistant was very understanding and friendly and listened to what my needs were, he left us to take as much time as we liked to try out all the goods on offer.

We were served by Keith who took the time to listen carefully to our needs and helped us try out a good range of Matress types and prices to suit our requirements, thoroughly explaining each product along the way. Keith seemed very knowledgeable about matresses and we felt confident in taking his advice. We walked into the store with the intention of just getting some information but Keith's friendly, helpful and genuine service (he was in no way "pushy", which we liked) helped us reach a decision and we purchased. Looking forward to having many good night's sleep on our new Matress!

We were served by a very helpful and friendly staff member called Keith. He had a lovely way with customers without being pushy or full of sales talk.

The staff were friendly and did not push to buy certain items they discussed in great detail on the product we wanted we were told on the 40 days if we had and problems

We enjoyed the experience within the store which had a nice atmosphere and we found the bed that we were looking for at a good price which we were happy with (the extras were a bit more than we expected however!)

Frank was very attentive and made us feel at ease, it was our first purchase of a bed and he didn't hassle us or pressure us. He was very friendly, personable and knowledgeable! He helped us and answered all our questions fully, he let us know about the bed cover service plan and also led us to pick out new duvet covers which were on sale! Such an amazing member of staff who should be highly valued in the company!!!
