Dreams - Edinburgh - Straiton

We were attended to by Frank who actually recognised us from 2 years ago when we made a previous purchase. The service was attentive and efficient, although Frank took his time to establish what we were looking for and answered questions without being pushy. The bed purchased was for our daughter who is 13y Frank was very courteous to our daughter and talked to her in a respectable way making her feel very important, in fact on leaving she commented on how helpful he had been.. To which I agreed.

Walked into store looking around. Male assistant enquires if I needed help and when I explained what I was looking for, he took me to have a look at a few items with my remit. No pressure sale and extremely helpful. Printer not working in store but explained to me the invoiced would be emailed immediately (it was). Excellent service from entering store to leaving

The staff were friendly and very welcoming. The good quality products on offer with no pressure to buy.

The salesman Keith from Dreams at Straiton was highly profesional, knowledgeable and extremely helpful, patient and polite. He exactly understood our needs and gave excellent advice and never rushed us to make a decision but was always near when we needed him. Gave us every single option and answered all our questions without hesitation which proved us his product knowledge (which was difficult to get at any other competitor stores). All the staff were very welcoming and made us feel important. Bought a Silentnight kingsize otoman bed set with firm pocket spring matress and accessories that the two people with sore backs cannot wait to try it :). Thank you Dreams!

I found the sales man very helpful,answered all my questions,spent plenty of time with me,I was offered tea or coffee,had thought of trying a few places,but decided it was such a good buy,so didn't even try any other shops.Well done for customer service in Loanhead Edinburgh.

Despite going in thinking we knew exactly what we wanted, David helped us understand what we were doing wrong, gave us time to think with cups of coffee and up-sold us the correct tempur mattress protector we needed!

Keith the salesperson was very well informed and guided me to purchasing a matress which I hope will fill my needs.

My mother and I attended the Dreams store in Straiton. She needs a good divan bed and mattress, as she has only recently developed mobility problems. Our assistant, Christopher was absolutely brilliant. He explained what beds they had that would suit my Mum, as she needs a particular height, so she can Get up from the bed. He measured the beds for us so we could see for ourselves the measurements. I need the delivery date to be brought forward, as my Mumneeds to get into her sheltered accommodation soon. Christopher is going to speak to the customer services tomorrow to explain this to them and try and get a sooner deliver date. Christopher was very efficient,accommodating and had a good knowledge of the products he was selling. I will be going back to this store again.
