The store manager Mark was very helpful making sure we were 100% happy with everything we were getting & finding the right bed for us. Felt comfortable looking through the products & not being pushed into anything.

The assistant was patient and helpful, while I went from one bed to another to test out mattresses. He came back with a display to show the inside of the different mattresses.

The service and knowledge of the assistant Paula was excellent, we were unsure what kind of bed we wanted, Paula explained all the different types of beds and mattress that were available and how each mattress worked and what it was made of and encouraged us to take our time and try the beds .Paula spent time with us but was not pushing us to buy , which I like when buying a product. We thought about it for a couple of days then contacted Paula to order our bed.

I have used Dreams before that is why I bought from this store again.

David the Dreams Sales assistant couldn't have been more helpful. Took the time to make sure that we had what we needed before we left the showroom. The other staff were good with our kids as well.

The colleague who assisted us throughout provided us with excellent customer service, he was particularly friendly and very helpful in finding us the right products without being pushy for a sale. He also gave us various options in mattress buying and seemed very knowledgable about the products in-store.

Paula was very friendly and helpful. This is the only store that had a bed that had the stylish look we were wanting.

I was greeted very professionally, and was respectfully listened to regarding my reasons for buying an adjustable bed. The assistant went to great lengths to provide me with all the information I required and the sale went through without a a hitch. Thank you Paula!

First time around I bought a mattress for myself , it was the best purchase I made . This time I went back for a mattress for my daughters bed , bought a memory foam one and she is delighted . I certainly wouldnt go anywhere else for a bed or mattress , staff are very nice and so helpful .
