I was given a warm welcome right away and the assistant knew the product well and let us try it out in store and explained the options for paying. Could not have been more helpful.

Good customer service even got a cup of tea we got our emails with extra cover etc but have not got receipt hope this comes soon

I don't like getting pounced upon by staff as soon as I enter a shop. I was given time to look round before being asked if I needed assistance. I didn't have to search out staff but felt that they were able to read their customers needs. I was advised of offers before being left to make up my own mind. It is nice to be given advice but not feel pressured into making a decision by having an assistant hover over you.

The member of staff was very helpful, took time with us to ask the relevant questions, described how the store layout was set up by colour coding. Made sure that we tried out the full range of products, but never at any time applied hard sell techniques.

We visited two Dreams shops in one morning. The sales people in both were extremely helpful and informed about the products. In one Dreams shop, they even moved two different beds to the bed frame that we were interested in--now that's service! It turned out to be absolutely essential, since the Sealey Posturepedic bed that we originally want turned out to be too soft, and we opted instead for its firmer alternative.

From start to finish of my visit to the Straiton, Edinburgh store, I had undivided attention from the staff and was fully informed of the costs and given a delivery date to suit my needs. Highly trained staff equals highly satisfied customer. Thanks again.

The Sales Assistant was very friendly but not too pushy. He demonstrated the product (sofa bed) and offered advice about bedside cabinets and asked if we were looking for any other products during our visit.

Keith was extremely helpful and patient, taking time to understand our needs and not being pushy for a sale. He spent time to explain everything to us, we went in for fact-finding and left having bought everything we needed!

Paula was brilliant spent lots of time explaining everything showing us different beds letting us try lots went that extra mile even after 8pm would recommend Paula to everyone

Our salesman mark was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about our needs and mainly our budget! He never wasted our time trying to make the big sale! Very important! We were made to feel very comfortable and we're offered beverages.In general it was a relaxing and enjoyable time,we will definitely use Dreams in the future.well done Mark!
