Franks knowledge about your beds. He explained the different types of beds and how the spring/fillings worked. He also let us try out a number of beds so we could compare quality and comfort.

I explained to David that I had a budget and he showed me the relevant mattresses and recommended frames that were within my budget and were of high quality

Frank was very knowledgeable and helpful to our search for a suitable bed for my 10yr old son.

I felt that the staff member was aware of our needs, but after informing us of the layout and method of display used, was not intrusive and left us to look around ourselves. This meant we didn't feel pressured, but I knew that he was also aware of us and would keep coming back to make sure we were ok, or in need of any more help. The other staff members were also very helpful and friendly on our visit. We were very pleased overall with our visit, a credit to your shops.

My husband and I visited your Loanhead Dreams store and were greeted by a lovely lady called Paula, we wanted to find out about Tempura adjustable beds and were given a demonstration in the "pod". Paula explained all the different types of beds and mattress and we purchased a Tempura adjustable. Paula was very efficient and helpful and we were very pleased with the service we received. Can't wait for delivery.
