We had everything explained clearly and were not pressurised in any way

I saw the type of bed I was looking for as soon as I walked in the store. The member of staff who served me (Keith) was extremely helpful in attending to my needs, was friendly, approachable, explained the delivery system etc, was patient and efficient. I couldn't fault him with any of his service and he was engaging as well as helpful.

Keith listened to our questions, gave us space when we asked for it and wasn't pushy. Would buy from him again.

Sales person was very very helpful

I had been in the store a few days before and Frank remembered me and what I was after. I brought my son the second time and Frank put him at ease while he was trying mattresses and was very knowledgeable about the product we were after.

David the salesman was very helpful in finding me the right bed and was very patient while I spoke to various members of the family to agree colour, delivery time etc.

Because the sales man explained everything

The salesman, Keith I think, was very empathetic to me as I have suffered from 2 herniated discs and fybromyalgia. He was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to let us try the matresses until we were happy with our choice. We felt safe in his hands because of his knowledge and understanding. Very good at his job and no sales pressure, which would have put me off right away.

David was really helpful and patient dealing with my aunt and her needs

Not knowing much about beds Frank was highly informative about the makings of a mattress and the differences in the type of springs and fillings. Gave us a range of quality and prices to be informative about our final choice.
