There was a very good choice of the type of products we were looking for. Opportunity to try out the product. The Sales Assistant knew the products extremely well and most important, there was no pressure from him. He gave us the information and help we needed, pointed us in the right direction and left us to make a decision. Perfect

Shop was busy and all customer assistants were helping other customers. They made the effort to show that they had seen me and would be right there to help me. Very friendly staff. Even gave me a glass of water as I had a bit of a cold and kept coughing.

The member of staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. He offered assistance but also gave me the space to try a number of options for as long as I wanted. He kept checking from time to time to see if I needed further information but I never felt that I was being hurried or pressured. He took time to listen to what I was saying and responded with appropriate help/suggestions. I felt that he understood the products well and was able to pass on his knowledge in a clear and helpful manner. He also understood that this was a huge purchase and I felt reassured by the information he was able to give. Fantastic job!! Thank you very much, it was greatly appreciated.

The assistant, Paula, was excellent. Friendly, knowledgable and not pushy, she was a superb ambassador for the firm. Her enthusiasm for the products and her commitment to customer service were exemplary.

Very satisfied with the experience, was allowed to wander to see what was around and then the assisstant was there ready for when we wanting answers to the different types of bed, and telling us to try out all the beds to see what suited us.

I suffer from sciatica and was looking to move away from the god awful memory foam mattress I previously had. David approached me us a friendly manner and took a little time to explain what mattresses were available and the colour coding in the store. He then let us try some of them and then came back to us and enquired which ones we felt were best, he then explained how each of the mattresses we liked were made and how they may benefit my back and sleeping position. He asked if we were looking into buying a frame in which I told him we were but not at this time. He didn't push to sell me anything I didn't want which was refreshing although he explained that if we do want a new frame at some point it can be added onto our finance plan. This was very helpful. After choosing a mattress he made everything clear about the costs and finance and then processed the transaction quickly and efficiently and managed to get us an extremely quick delivery date. Even though it was past store closing time by this point, he did not try to rush us out the door. Overall very happy with the customer service.

We were really impressed by how friendly David was, how much he listened to our needs, spent time finding the best option for us, even blew up a balloon for our little girl! He was realistic about our budget and seemed very genuine. I can honestly say it's some of the best customer service I've ever received. Also, we liked the fact that there were a lot of different products available to try out in-store and the colour coding helped us identify the different types of mattress.

The sales manager, Frank, was extremely helpful and patient, giving me lots of time to try different mattresses. I was in the shop for at least an hour and a half! He explained the difference between the different mattresses clearly and encouraged me to try them in a way that helped me to determine which felt best. Mattresses were taken on and off different bases several times to allow me to sure I was making the right decision, which required considerable effort by staff but was offered to me so that I did not feel it was a problem. Very friendly while also giving me space and time without being intrusive.
