The staff member went out of his way to provide us a new bed when a rip was discovered under a 'sale' price sign

I was very happy to learn you do armed forces discount. Your store manager Frank at the Edinburgh straiton shop was great at securing us the best deal for our price range and gave great advice on which mattress would best suit me! Over all very happy so would shop with you again and recommend to a friend.

The sales asistant, David, was the one that made the difference. Very friendly and very knowledgable. Probably wouldn't have bought anything if it wasn't for him. No pressure at all!!

Paula acknowledged us on arrival in a pleasing manner she also gave us time in the store to browse before approaching us to help in our choices. Explained everything really well then gave us time alone to experience the products without badgering us. Paula was knowledgeable in the products and in ways to pay. Without being forceful or overbearing. All in all a pleasant shopping experience would definitely recommend and return to the store.

The Sales lady was great. She talked us through all the options, knew the products, made us try lots of mattresses and talked us through the different payment options. Paula was very helpful and also very discreet. She knew when to walk away and give us a minute to ourselves. Clearly an experienced and discreet sales lady.
